Drainage & Stormwater Management in Westchester County
Stormwater systems, including Cultec underground chambers, custom tailored to the grade and elevation of each property.
There is no one-size-fits-all solution
Standing water, soggy lawns, washed-out beds and wet basements all start with how water moves across a property, and no two properties move water the same way. We take the time to study the grade, elevation, soil and where runoff collects before recommending anything. The result is a system designed for your property, not pulled from a catalog.
Stormwater management with Cultec
For properties that need to manage larger volumes of runoff, we install Cultec underground stormwater chambers, which collect water and let it return to the ground below the surface. Paired with properly placed drains and piping, they move water away from where it causes problems.
No stormwater project is too big
From installing a full Cultec chamber system to redirecting roof runoff from downspouts to a better part of the property, we take on stormwater management at every scale. Whatever the water is doing on your property, we will find the right way to manage it.
Common Questions
What causes standing water in my yard?
Usually a combination of grade, soil that drains slowly, and runoff from roofs and hard surfaces. A site evaluation identifies the actual cause before we recommend a fix.
What is a Cultec system?
Cultec makes underground chambers that collect stormwater and let it return to the soil gradually, below the surface of your lawn.
Can drainage be combined with irrigation work?
Yes. Because we design both, we plan them together so drainage and watering work in balance.
